Booking Guidelines
My appreciation for you're time, trust and support is endless i cherish every client deeply and make it my goal to make every woman feel confident and look beautiful. Upon booking you understand and are agreeing to all policies.
Late Arrivals And Cancellation
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled within this time frame can use the same deposit to reschedule. If you miss you're appointment without notice you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Repeated no shows will require full payment upfront for future bookings.
 If you're more than 10 minutes late a 10$ fee will be added to remaining balance, after 15 minutes appointment will be canceled and will require a new booking and deposit to be rescheduled.
Session Preparation
Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes this ensures optimal results. For safety, contact lenses must be removed prior to the session, In addition to this please do not drink caffiene. For your comfort, refrain from hairstyles like ponytails due to the lying position.
Payment & Refund Policy
Only accepting cash, zelle, or tap as payments for remaining balance. All deposits are non refundable, please book accordingly. All payments are due at the end of your service. If you're unhappy with results please contact within 48 hours and any adjustments can be customized to your prefrence.
Health & Safety
No extra guests or children allowed. Please understand safety is paramount; medical-grade adhesives and sterilized tools are used for every procedure. Clients with known allergies or eye sensitivities should request a patch test before the appointment. A clean, hygienic environment is strictly maintained.
